I don't think the case manager there understands this is an urgent care facility. Not my primary doctor. People go there for urgent needs. She knows my name. I don't have to publicly explain everything. She's not right on what she said to Pineville yesterday. I don't appreciate that.  condition worsen. It's clearly stated on my discharged papers

Nurse Amber and the provider gave our son excellent care. Amber remembered treating him six years ago showing empathy and kindness. The online check in process is streamlined. Highly recommend when it’s a weekend, and other care options are limited.

Staff was very thorough and nice. Was not busy. Easy check in. Clean facility. Overall I had a good experience, would recommend, and use again without hesitation if necessary. Its really cold in the office, and the bathroom setup is a little inconvenient. Nowhere to place items, no seat covers, difficult toilet paper dealing with specimen collection.

Everyone was nice, kind & informative. I signed everything online, got there on time & I waited no more than 5-10mins to get to the back. It was a really fast & positive experience.

The staff here are very kind. When you’re sick you need compassion. They were just that. I got my shot and meds and was out the door in no time. I highly recommend this urgent care to everyone. Thank you

Came to visit Louisiana for the holidays and needed to see a doctor soon. Found this clinic and it was honestly the best clinic and doctors visit I've ever had in my life. Super quick, clean, and wonderful staff. I will definitely be using this clinic again in the future for back up!
