Please use our chat feature to schedule a telemedicine appointment. Just tell our chat bot “I need a telemed appointment”, and respond back with the requested information & someone will reach out to schedule you. Alternatively, you may call one of our clinics & request a telemedicine with the receptionist. 

Please note that telemedicine services are only available for patients that are physically in Louisiana. Also controlled substances cannot be prescribed via telemedicine. Certain visits may require that you come to one of our clinics or see an in-person provider.
